Help us serve the growing number of vulnerable older adults. Delivering meals keeps our older neighbors healthier and out of long-term health facilities.
The routine:
The pick-up time is 11:15 a.m. at Waite Park Wesleyan Church, 1510-33rd Avenue NE, Minneapolis 55418. Our delivery area includes Northeast Minneapolis, Southeast Minneapolis, and St. Anthony Village. Each route includes approximately 10 stops and takes up to an hour. We can be flexible to accommodate your schedule.
Drivers must:

Be able to carry meal containers and climb stairs

Have a Minnesota driver’s license

Have a car in good condition and car insurance
Our enthusiastic volunteers help older adults and individuals with disabilities remain in their own homes. Even the short contact of delivering a meal creates a real, life enriching connection. A friendly greeting once a day can be a lifesaver for some people.
